DS Smith Tecnicarton goes a step further in its commitment to innovation in industrial packaging and applies digital printing in the customisation of reusable containers, allowing it to offer solutions according to the needs of each customer.

As it is a fully customisable packaging, it allows a greater amount of information to be collected at no extra cost and offers the possibility of sequential packaging, including QR, number plates or even the image of the product being transported, among other options.

foto-Impresión digital_ENG.pngDigital printing is done in greyscale, making the print more realistic, and the use of ultraviolet ink, which is indelible, makes it a very interesting option for containers that are outdoors or have to travel long distances.

It is a versatile technology that supports high quality printing. It can be used on Tecnipack reusable containers, regardless of their composition, finish and quality. In addition, its multiple customisation possibilities allow the packaging to be identified quickly and easily, thus reinforcing the brand identity and adding value to the product.

As Antonio Cebrián, Commercial Director of DS Smith Tecnicarton, points out, “with this pioneering solution at national level in digital printing on packaging, we manage to turn the Tecnipack into a solution to build brand identity, as well as guaranteeing the protection of the parts, optimising logistics processes and reducing costs for automotive suppliers and producers”.
