SciLabware Ltd has changed its name and is now operating as DWK Life Sciences Limited. The company, which is headquartered in Stoke on Trent in the United Kingdom, has been part of the wider DWK Life Sciences group – a leading global manufacturer of premium scientific labware and primary packaging solutions, including those serving the personal care sector – since 2011.

The change of name will now ensure the group can present a single face to customers, with a comprehensive product portfolio covering life science, technical and packaging applications.

The official change of name has also involved a change of company branding for the former SciLabware, with the group now acting uniformly as DWK Life Sciences globally.

Michael Merz, Managing Director of DWK Life Sciences, said: “By combining all sales and marketing activities in Europe, we are reducing complexity and providing more clarity to our customers”.

“Our customers will benefit from this positive development, as they now have one contact person for all product brands managed in Europe”.

DWK Life Sciences has world-class production facilities and years of manufacturing expertise in the manipulation of tubular glass items, with excellent control of varying dimensional specifications.

Accredited to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485, through world-class skills and expertise, the company produces a wide standard portfolio of tubular glass vials and dropper pipettes.

The company’s global manufacturing sites feature controlled packaging environments in Class 10,000 clean rooms, with specialist post-processing capping and labelling capabilities.

Utilising extensive manufacturing and development knowledge, DWK Life Sciences’ custom projects team can also provide bespoke custom solutions to customer specific dimensions (subject to minimum manufacturing quantities), including packaging variations.

Amber moulded dropper bottles complement tubular glass vial and dropper assembly manufacturing, to produce a diverse offering, which also includes anodised dropper caps, ensuring DWK Life Sciences can serve as a single-source primary packaging partner for the requirements of organisations across the personal care sector.
