Veritiv Operating Company, a speciality packaging distribution, facility solutions, and print products and solutions industry leader, said it has acquired S. Walter Packaging Corp.’s packaging distribution division. S. Walter Packaging Corp.’s packaging distribution division is a longtime supplier of custom packaging solutions to retail, hospitality, food and beverage, and fashion markets.

The acquisition of S. Walter can complement Veritiv packaging distribution operations through increased distribution reach, enhanced direct-to-store services, and enlarged multi-brand kitting and premium packaging capabilities. With this addition, Veritiv is even better able to offer end-to-end packaging solutions that are comprehensive and responsive to the evolving needs of today’s dynamic brand and retail environment.
