Sweden-based CellMark has announced a new CellMark Packaging & Paper division by merging its two existing divisions, CellMark Packaging and CellMark Paper.

The new division intends to offer more value to its customers and suppliers by combining the best of CellMark’s packaging and paper competencies.

The CellMark Packaging & Paper division will provide global marketing and distribution, supply chain effectiveness, logistics, and financing solutions.

The entire range of publishing papers, office and book papers, containerboard, liner board, value-added bleached and unbleached kraft papers, tissue papers, packaging papers, and speciality packaging & food boards have all been represented in the division, the Swedish firm said.

As per the firm, the division will operate in more than 30 countries and serve markets on five continents with a staff of 145 specialists and a network of 14 sales offices. It will be led by Joe Hoffman, formerly division president of CellMark Paper.

Hoffman said: “CellMark’s newly combined Packaging & Paper division is a natural evolution within our business.

“Our sales, customer service, logistics, and finance teams are eager to collaborate and build a value-added business in core markets around the globe, while also continuing our journey within new and emerging markets.”

“Our newly combined Packaging & Paper division will help us accelerate growth with both our suppliers and customers.”
