Kite Packaging has expanded by opening a new regional distribution centre (RDC) for the North West of the UK.
Set to serve companies from Cumbria down to Stoke-on-Trent, including as far as Wrexham in North Wales, it will offer ‘just in time’ delivery service and bespoke packaging.
With continued growth and a record year in 2021, the employee share-owned packaging company said the new RDC will create jobs within the area.
Facilitated by Kite’s state-of-the-art Mobile Packaging Laboratory (MPL), the North West RDC team will be able to travel directly to client sites for maximum engagement and understanding of their supply chains.
Clients will have the opportunity to discuss their requirements, test solutions and view sustainable alternatives with Kite’s packaging specialists.
