From April 22 to 28, 2025, flexible packaging maker ProAmpac will mark its sixth annual Global Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Week with a number of safety and sustainability-oriented events spread across its worldwide locations.

Themed “Our Planet, Our People!”, the 2025 EHS Week seeks to encourage environmental responsibility and occupational safety. The event coincides with the World Day for Safety and Health at Work on April 28 and Earth Day on April 22. Emphasising personal risk assessment this year supports the company’s view that every workplace accident is avoidable.

“EHS Week reflects ProAmpac’s commitment to safety, sustainability, and community, ” said Cindy Haven, EHS director. These events highlight ProAmpac’s staff members’ enthusiasm and influence.

Facilities all around the world will take part in events including recycling drives, tree planting, safety-oriented games, community clean-ups and building butterfly homes. Many projects back ProAmpac’s Project Butterfly biodiversity effort.

The company’s EHS Week is included in a more comprehensive plan to foster a culture of environmental responsibility and safety across all its activities.
