TricorBraun, a global packaging leader, has expanded its North American beverage market presence by acquiring Craft Beverage Warehouse. The company specializes in digital printing for canned beverage makers, from small emerging brands to Fortune 500 companies. The deal strengthens TricorBraun’s capabilities in beverage packaging and digital printing and boosts its presence in the region.

Established in 2020, Craft Beverage Warehouse serves a broad spectrum of canned beverage producers, including those in the craft beer, probiotic soda, ready-to-drink cocktail, and coffee, tea, and energy drink sectors. The company operates out of multiple locations in the Midwest and Mountain West, with its headquarters in Milwaukee.

All Craft Beverage Warehouse employees will remain with TricorBraun and continue their work from current facilities. The brand will operate independently as Craft Beverage Warehouse until early 2026, after which it will be fully integrated into CanSource, a TricorBraun company and a leading provider of can packaging and associated services.
Since its inception, TricorBraun has collaborated with management teams to acquire and accelerate growth for packaging companies worldwide. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
