Captain Kombucha has launched a line of vegan-friendly sparkling fruit drinks that are fermented with water kefir grains.
The organic Oh My Gutness range is available in the UK in four variants: original, ginger and lemon, Atlantic raspberry, and cola.ย Water kefir is said to promote better gut health and strengthen the immune system.

The original and Atlantic raspberry flavours are now on sale in Sainsburyโs in the UK, and the full range is available in Wholefoods and Grape Tree stores with a recommended retail price of ยฃ1.80.
Portugal-based Captain Kombucha was established by entrepreneurs Peter Matuska and Matus Vavercak in 2017. Having discovered the benefits of kombucha but often finding that the ones they bought had a vinegary taste, Peter and Matรบลก set about making a kombucha that people wanted to drink for its delicious taste, not just for the associated health benefits.
The brandโs range of kombucha includes flavours such as pineapple-peach splash, California raspberry, and coconut summer beach.
