Novvia Group, a global rigid container and life sciences packaging distributor backed by Kelso & Company, announced the acquisition of APC Packaging, a Florida-based supplier of sustainable luxury beauty packaging solutions. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The transaction strengthens Novviaโs presence in the beauty and personal care sector and expands its consumer packaging platform, following its acquisition of Garrett Hewitt International in May 2025 and recent acquisitions including Saxco International and Garrett Hewitt. Novvia acquires APC Packaging to expand consumer packaging and enhance sustainable packaging capabilities.
Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, APC Packaging specializes in plastic and glass containers, closures, and related components for premium skincare and cosmetics brands. The company works with startups, independent beauty brands, and global cosmetics companies, delivering beauty packaging solutions with sustainability initiatives such as refillable systems, recyclable materials, PCR content, and environmentally responsible designs. APC Packaging is celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2026.
Lisa Lin and Christina Lin, the primary owners of APC Packaging, will continue to lead the company and oversee day-to-day operations after the acquisition. PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance LLC served as the exclusive financial advisor to APC Packaging. Novvia said the addition aligns with its strategy to grow capabilities in the consumer segment by leveraging APC Packagingโs expertise in sustainable packaging and premium beauty packaging. Novvia is a life sciences and consumer packaging distributor. Novvia acquires APC Packaging as part of its consumer packaging growth strategy.
