bel proudly announces the most recent deployment of its Overprint Management Information System at Koskinidis Packaging, a leading company in the Greek market, renowned for its pioneering packaging solutions since 1922. Over the years, Koskinidis Packaging has evolved into a modern packaging manufacturer with state-of-the-art infrastructure.

Before implementing the Overprint MIS system, Koskinidis Packaging encountered challenges in fully streamlining their business processes. Their previous system was not fully designed to comprehensively meet the specific needs of the carton printing industry. As a result, some tasks were managed manually, and the lack of automation led to operational inefficiencies. Recognizing the need for a more integrated and automated solution, Koskinidis Packaging sought to enhance their workflow and optimize their overall operations with the deployment of Overprint MIS.
Overprint includes lead management, cost estimation, quote generation, order processing, production planning, real-time production monitoring, production floor data collection automation, warehouse management, and delivery. Within Koskinidis, the system will serve as the core management system, integrating with the ERP system to provide accurate data for financial and accounting operations.
The implementation and deployment of Overprint MIS are currently underway and are expected to be completed in the coming months. This investment is part of Koskinidis Packaging’s broader effort to redesign and optimize its business processes, ensuring efficient and productive operations across all company departments and production facilities in Tavros and Moschato.
