Reed Exhibitions, a division of RELX, has announced the acquisition of PackPlus- a portfolio of leading trade fairspreviously owned by Next Events, serving the Indian packaging industry. Launched in 2006, PackPlus, an annual event held in Delhi, has established itself as India’s largest dedicated gathering of trade professionals in the packaging industry. Building on this success the PackPlus portfolio has expanded and now includes PackPlus South (Bengaluru/Hyderabad) and the India Packaging Show in Mumbai.

With this acquisition, Reed Exhibitions further expands its presence in India and welcomes PackPlus into its portfolio of more than 500 events across 30 countries. As a leader in the business of face-to-face events, Reed Exhibitions will bring its expertise, global reach and resources to the benefit of the PackPlus brand, its customers and the event team.With the recent acquisitions of Big7 and MackBrooks,Reed Exhibitions continues to strengthen its position as a leading, reliable, reputable and committed partner in India.

The next edition of PackPlus Delhi, held at Pragati Maidan, will take place on 28-31 August 2019.
